3M™ Prismatic Engineer Grade Sheeting Series 3430 (Type 1)

3M™ Engineer Grade Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Series 3430 meets ASTM D4956 Type I and is a non-metalized micro-prismatic lens retroreflective sheeting designed for production of reflective commercial signs and noncritical traffic control signs that are exposed vertically in service. Series 3430 sheeting can easily be identified by the visible integral “EGP” marking. When applied to properly prepared sign substrates, 3430 sheeting provides long-term reflectivity and durability. Series 3430 sheeting is available in the following colors.

  • Superior day and nighttime brightness than beaded engineer grade
  • Meets ASTM D4956 Type I specifications

3M™ Diamond Grade™ Sheeting Series 3924s

Fluorescent orange microprismatic reflective sheeting with pressure sensitive adhesive for production of high quality work zone signs. Highly visible in daytime, twilight, inclement weather and at night.

    3M™ High Intensity Prismatic Sheeting Series 3930 (Type 3)

    Series 3930 prismatic sheeting with pressure sensitive adhesive is a reflective sheeting with a unique construction providing high levels of retroreflectivity for multiple traffic situations. Series 3930 sheeting outperforms its competitors with long-term reflectivity and durability while achieving excellent life cycle costs. Backed by 3M reliability. Exceeds ASTM D 4956 Spec Type III, IV and X.

    3M™ Diamond Grade™ VIP Reflective Sheeting Series 3990 (Type 9)
    Series 3990 reflective sheeting is a highly reflective, durable, microprismatic sheeting used for signs that need to be highly visible in all light and weather conditions. Series 3990 reflective sheeting performs well at short sight distances. Meets specification ASTM D 4956-04, Type IX.

    Series 3990 sheeting has pressure sensitive adhesive and may be applied by hand squeeze roll applicator or mechanical squeeze roll applicator. Screen process with 3M™ Process Color Series 880I or Series 880-00.

    3M™ Diamond Grade™ DG³ Reflective Sheeting Series 4000 (Type 11)

    Series 4000 DG³ is a state-of-the-art, full cube prismatic reflective sheeting that delivers optimal performance at all sight distances. Its optical elements return almost 60 percent of available light to drivers—nearly double that of other prismatic sheetings. DG³ sheeting is a proposed ASTM Type XI and is designed as a replacement for all types of reflective sign sheetings in use today.

    DG³ sheeting has pressure-sensitive adhesive and may be applied by hand squeeze roll applicator or mechanical squeeze roll applicator. Screen process with 3M™ Process Color Series 880I or Series 880-00
